Every offer we make is built on three factors: the current scrap metal price per pound, the gross weight of your vehicle, and the salvage value of any usable parts.

Scrap steel prices fluctuate with global commodity markets. When you call us, we are pricing your vehicle at that day's rate — not a stale average. A full-size pickup truck or SUV will naturally yield a higher base offer than a compact car simply because it carries more steel.

On top of the metal value, we assess parts. Catalytic converters, copper wiring, aluminum components, engines with life remaining, and solid body panels all add to your payout. Standard scrap yards skip this step entirely — they weigh the car and multiply. We do not.

What you are quoted over the phone is what you receive in cash at the door. There are no fees subtracted at pickup and no surprise deductions.

What Condition Does Your Junk Car Need to Be In?

There is no condition floor. We buy vehicles across the entire spectrum and each one still has real value.

Running and driveable vehicles typically attract the strongest offers because usable parts are intact and the vehicle may qualify for resale components. But this category represents a minority of what we buy.

Non-running vehicles — blown engine, seized transmission, dead battery, flat tires — are the core of our business. The scrap metal and parts value is still fully there. We send a flatbed and tow it away at no cost to you.

Accident-damaged, fire-damaged, and flood-damaged vehicles are bought regularly. Even a total write-off has hundreds of kilograms of steel, plus copper, aluminum, and often a catalytic converter still worth significant money.

Vehicles that have been sitting unmoved for years — seized in place, overgrown, deflated into the ground — are not a problem. We have the equipment and we have seen it before.

Why We Pay More Than Scrap Yards

A standard scrap yard quotes by weight and current steel price, then subtracts a tow fee if they have to pick it up. That tow fee alone can eat $100–$200 of your payout before you see a dollar.

We price the full vehicle — steel, aluminum, copper, catalytic converter, and any salvageable mechanical components — and our driver comes to you at no charge. The towing is included in the deal, not deducted from it.
